Description:

In this classic 1992 SNL spinoff (rated PG-13), Wayne (Mike Myers) and Garth (Dana Carvey) are unemployed metal-loving slackers who host their own public-access television show, Wayne’s World, from Wayne’s parents’ basement in Aurora, Illinois. Wayne falls for sexy rocker Stacy (Tia Carrere) when he hears her band Crucial Taunt playing live at a club, and yearns to buy her an expensive vintage guitar he saw in the window of a shop. But their basement show has caught the eye of snakey TV producer Ben (Rob Lowe), who purchases the rights and moves it to a fancy studio, where it loses much of its scruffy charm. At the same time Ben is using his good looks and money to try to steal Stacy away from Wayne, distracting Wayne and Garth by sending them off to an Alice Cooper concert. Can Wayne and Garth save their show, will Wayne get the girl, will Crucial Taunt achieve rock stardom? Tune in and find out!
