In the sixth installment of the Jurassic Park franchise, our heroes must stop Biosyn, a nefarious dinosaur research corporation based in the Italian Dolomite mountains, from achieving Jurassic World Dominion (2022, PG-13). Four years after the destruction of Isla Nublar, dinosaurs and other de-extinctioned prehistoric animals now freely roam the earth, in various situations of management and control. Biosyn operatives are attempting to track down Benjamin Lockwood’s genetically enhanced daughter Maisie, who is hiding out in a cabin in the Sierra Nevadas. Dr. Ellie Sattler believes Biosyn is also trying to corner the world’s food supply by releasing swarms of locusts that eat everything but Biosyn seeds. A Maisie rescue mission to the Dolomites unleashes a T. Rex and a Gigantosaurus, who battle it out amid the chaos. As always, spectacular visuals and dino-sized thrills!
