Description:

Fantastic Films is a monthly virtual lunchtime chat where attendees discuss selections ranging from sci-fi, horror, and fantasy fare to the outright surreal and otherworldly, all of which can be enjoyed free of charge with your library card!

For our group's fourth installment, we'll be discussing I Dream in Another Language: Sueño en otro idioma (2017), an Ernesto Contreras feature film which follows a young linguist hoping to capture the (fictional) indigenous language Zikril, as spoken solely by two elders who share a long-standing grudge.

This film can also be streamed via Kanopy with your Library card.
