Description:

The first feature film starring Nick Park’s lovable British claymation duo, Wallace & Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit (2005, rated G) is a hilarious tribute to classic monster movies. Cheese-loving inventor Wallace and his trusty dog Gromit start a humane pest removal service to deal with pesky rabbits as Tottington Hall’s big yearly vegetable show approaches. Wallace invents a machine to vacuum up all the bunnies and brainwash them into disliking vegetables, but things go awry, and soon a gigantic nocturnal rabbit starts terrorizing local gardens. Monster-hunter Victor Quartermaine suspects that Wallace’s invention is somehow to blame. Wild schemes are deployed to stop the Were-Rabbit as Wallace and Victor vie for Lady Tottington’s affections, but mounting panic threatens the prospects for a dignified vegetable show. It’s the perfect salad for Anglophiles, bunny enthusiasts, and fans of zany slapstick comedy.

This film screening is geared towards children, but all are welcome to attend.
