Description:

Fantastic Films is a monthly virtual lunchtime chat where attendees discuss selections ranging from sci-fi, horror and fantasy fare to the outright surreal and otherworldly, all of which can be enjoyed free of charge with your library card!

For our group's third installment, we'll be discussing Timecrimes (2007), the debut feature of the Spanish filmmaker Nacho Vigalondo, a taught and precise time-travel puzzle box, shot on a low budget with virtually no special effects. A contemporary classic and a must see for both skeptics and lovers of time-travel stories!

Timecrimes is Rated R.

The film is available on DVD and can also be streamed via hoopla.
