Coming This November
The Running Man by Stephen King
In a dystopian totalitarian future, a broke and desperate man turns to a violent government-run reality show to make the money his gravely ill daughter needs. To win the game, he must survive for 30 days while elite assassins hunt him down. No contestant has ever won, but no contestant has ever been this determined. The second film adaptation of Stephen King’s classic The Running Man will premiere in theaters on November 14, 2025.
Wicked For Good
The conclusion to the immensely popular film adaptation of Gregory Maguire’s novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West will premiere in theaters on November 21, 2025. Originally, the villain in L. Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, Maguire’s Wicked Witch is a misunderstood girl who finds herself embroiled in the politics of Oz. The film adaptation is adapted from the musical Wicked, which was itself adapted from Maguire’s book. A film adapted from a musical adapted from a book which was inspired by a different book. Whew!
