Join us the first Thursday of every month when we crank up the projector and show a movie.

Next up is The Loved One (1965) starring a huge cast including Robert Morse, Rod Steiger, Jonathan Winters, and Liberace. Don't miss this black comedy directed by Tony Richardson and based on Evelyn Waugh's 1948 novel by the same name (which happens to be our next book in the Let's Read Los Angeles book club on July 23).

Come see what Mr. Waugh thought of Los Angeles during a 1947 trip to Hollywood to discuss filming rights for his novel, Brideshead Revisited. [Spoiler: he was intrigued by his tour of Forest Lawn in Glendale!]
